I posted this 2 words today b’cos if u use this words wrongly, it’ll causes misunderstanding or confusion to ppl. It’s nearly happen to us (I meant me & my colleague)… Why is it so important?
E.g. Says if someone said to you “I do noticed your weakness, but it can be improve as time grows.” compare to “I do noticed your disability, but…. “; Will you still open your heart to accept your friend’s advise with 2nd example above?
Here, understand it…
Weak + ness means the state or quality of being weak; whereas
Disabl + lity means combination of a physical or intellectual impairment of a person.
